- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or fair‑use protections.
- Do not probe or disrupt the Service’s normal operation.
5. Your Content License
You retain your rights in Content you upload and outputs generated for you, subject to rights of any third parties. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our IP except as necessary to use the Service.
7. Feedback
If you provide ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction.
